What does this mean?
Established patients (patients who have visted NYDUC before) no longer need to fill out paperwork at the front desk. Register on quick pass before you come in and the system autiomatically pulls up your records and information for you.
- Pick a location
- Pick a time to visit, Include your name and any additional information
- Walk-in with your Photo ID and Insurance and get registered, right away.
